Shopify - Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)

Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) supports Companies who are willing to adopt new technology solutions to improve productivity.

The grant covers sector specific solutions including retail, food, logistics, precision engineering, construction and landscaping industries. Other non sector specific solutions like customer management, data analytics, financial management and inventory tracking is also supported.

With up to 70% funding support, PSG serves as an avenue for companies to make long-term technology investments. The list of readily adoptable solutions can be found on Tech Depot.

Is my business eligible for PSG? SMEs can apply for PSG if they meet the following criteria: - Registered and operating in Singapore - Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore - Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding (for selected solutions only)

Step 1 - Get a quote from Shopify

Submit your business details here and Ace will provide you with a quote for an Advanced or Plus plan. You will need this information to apply for the PSG. To be eligible, applicants must be: New Shopify subscribers to an Advanced or Plus plan Registered and operating in Singapore Using their subscription in Singapore At least 30% locally owned Step 2 - Apply for PSG Complete your PSG application using the Business Grants Portal. To apply you will need to gather the documentation listed here. Step 3 - Purchase your annual Shopify plan Shopify defaults to monthly billing but for the PSG, billing must be annual. No, please note that applicants must apply for PSG before they have: Made any payment to a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment Signed any contract with a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment 3, Where do I submit my PSG claim application? Apply on the Business Solutions Grant Portal here 4, How do I purchase an Advanced annual plan in Shopify? Shopify billing defaults to monthly, so before switching to a paid plan, please configure your settings to bill yearly with this guide. 5, When is the last day I should apply for the PSG? Grant Approval Date + 12 months 6, Can someone else submit the PSG claim for me? Please note that companies need to apply for the PSG on their own and no third party should be able to apply for the grant on the company’s behalf. 7, Is there a cap to the grants? The grant is capped at SGD30,000 per entity per financial year (1 April to 31 March). SMEs are free to select the packages they need according to their requirements.
