Atome partners over 2,000 leading online and offline retailers to provide short-term payment plans that allow individuals like you to make a purchase and pay for it at a later time.
Atome has expanded their payment period from Pay-In-3 months to include a Pay-In-6 months payment plan.
If you select Atome as a payment option at our partnered merchant website, or scan our QR code at the cashier, Atome will automatically split your bill into equal payments. The first payment will be debited 3 days after your purchase, and the subsequent payments will be spread 30 days apart.
How is this different from 3 equal split payments?
A one-time processing fee of up to 3% of the total value of the purchase will apply for the Pay-In-6 months payment plan. Our Pay-In-6 months payment plans are available at selected merchants currently. We are looking to expand this offer to more merchants.
Starting 01 June 2023, we will be implementing a one-time processing fee at selected stores when you choose to Pay-In-6 months.
The fee is calculated as a fixed percentage of the final order amount, after any vouchers have been deducted.
The one-time processing fee is up to 3% of the total value of the purchase and is inclusive of GST. You will only be charged this fee on the first bill payment upfront, and it will not be added to subsequent bill payments.
All current charges remain on top of the one-time processing fee.
Can you waive the one-time processing fee?
We are sorry that we are not able to waive any processing fee. However, the one-time processing fee will only be refunded if the order is cancelled within 48 hours by Compaqs.
Please note: In the event of a refund, the one-time processing fee that you paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
